RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, you have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return and request a refund. Your return must adhere to the following terms:


Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:


To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Certain situations may lead to only partial refunds (if applicable), including but not limited to items with obvious signs of use, opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record, or items not in their original condition due to damage or missing parts unrelated to our error, or returns made more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (if applicable) Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm the receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your credit card company as there might be a processing delay. If you've completed these steps and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

SALE ITEMS (if applicable) Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected], and we will provide you with further instructions on the return process. Please note that we do not accept exchanges beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.

GIFTS If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
